When you shop at confecture.dk you can use the following payment methods:

There is no fee for payment at confecture.dk.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are shipped from Confecture Copenhagen ApS. A larger amount can never be charged than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but not after a purchase has been made. Goods are not shipped outside Denmark.
Freight
Shipping prices
Denmark: 65,- DKK.
We send all our packages with GLS or Post Nord as distribution partners.
Delivery time
Addresses in Denmark: 1 – 2 business days.
Note: During very peak periods such as Christmas and Easter, in the event of acute illness with us, in the event of internal package handling problems with Post Nord, GLS and the like, longer delivery times may occur.
Orders received on weekends/holidays or weekdays after 11 am will be shipped the following weekday.
In remote areas in various parts of the country, longer delivery times may occur.
If the box is ticked that the package may be placed at the front door, if possible, permission is given for the package to be placed without a receipt . This means that the sender takes full responsibility for the shipment and at the same time accepts that the risk of the goods is transferred to the buyer when the package is placed. This applies to both damage and theft.
Track & Trace
We will send you a track and trace email and/or SMS when your package is shipped.
Rebroadcast
If you forget to pick up your package at the post office, write the wrong address or refuse receipt, the package will be returned to Confecture Copenhagen. If it is subsequently resent, full payment for the shipping costs will be charged.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of return on goods purchased on confecture.dk, as only perishable foods are sold, this is in accordance with food legislation.
Complaints
When you shop at confecture.dk you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can get the item exchanged or your money back, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use or storage of the product or other harmful behavior.
Complaints are sent directly by email to info@confecture.dk, photo documentation is required.
Shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods directly to the shipping company.
We recommend that the goods are stored (in the dark) between 10-18 degrees.
How quickly should I advertise?
You must make a complaint within a 'reasonable time' after you have discovered the defect in the product. The right to complain ceases if the product has exceeded the last use date.

Access to complaints
You have the opportunity to have a complaint processed at any time by writing to info@confecture.dk.
If we are unable to find a solution, a complaint about a product or service can also be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg . You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk/
You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal, which will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark. You can find the complaint portal here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
